Emerge Action Fund

From civic engagement to elected office

The 501(c)(4) sister organization of Emerge America

Emerge Action Fund houses our civic engagement trainings for emerging women leaders, from Gavel In and School Board Ready to Meeting The Moment and Step Forward, as well as our 501(c)(3) work, which is called Leaders Emerge, which prepares women and non-binary folks to lead. All of this work fits together to support the crucial mission of transforming the faces of leadership to center the women of the New American Majority and expanding the impact of emerging community and national leaders.

Partner Trainings

We also work with partner organizations to design bespoke civic engagement and leadership development trainings to meet the unique needs of the women in their own communities. Recent partners have included the National Pan-Hellenic Council, Asian Women Professional Lawyers Association, Mississippi Women in the Lead, and the Black Women’s Leadership Collective.
