You can leave a gift to Emerge by bequest in your will or trust. Bequests are one of the most popular options for creating a legacy because they are so flexible. The following language can be used to include Emerge in your estate planning:
“I give, devise and bequeath to Emerge America Tax ID #90-0787684, now or formerly located at 818 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 450, Washington, D.C. 20006 or its successor thereto, ______ [dollar amount, percentage, percent of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, or description of property] for the benefit of its general purposes.”
Gifts by Beneficiary Designation:
Many assets transfer by the beneficiary designation form you completed when you established your account, rather than through your will or trust. To name Emerge as a beneficiary, please use the following information: Emerge America, Tax ID #90-0787684.
