Emerge recruits, trains, and provides a powerful network for Democratic women to run for office – and win. With more than 200 Black women currently serving in office at the state level, Emerge is changing the face of power across the country.
We launched the Black Leadership Circle to strengthen the participation of Black women in politics, not just as candidates but also as investors and influencers who are building the next generation of Black women elected leaders across the country. Together, we can ensure more Black women have a seat at the table and can truly change the political landscape.
