#LeadersMatter Virtual Salon: A Conversation with Governor Gretchen Whitmer

Governor Whitmer was thrust into the national spotlight after she introduced a strict stay-at-home order in Michigan. She has since faced criticism from the White House and even her own constituents, despite coronavirus cases going down in her state. When asked to comment on her executive order, Donald Trump referred to her as ‘the woman in Michigan’.  Join us to hear from Governor Whitmer. She will answer your questions and discuss how she dealt with targeted attacks and reclaimed her title as “that woman from Michigan.”
