Before taking on her current job, she worked for Philadelphia Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts as an advocate for children in the foster care system. She also worked as an organizer for several Democratic campaigns, including President Barack Obama’s campaign in 2012. Kristine is looking to claim the seat currently held by a representative whose values are questionable.
Kristine worked her way through college at the University of Pennsylvania and the law school at Rutgers. After law school, she ran a small legal and social services organization. She managed to stay engaged in politics while raising her large family.
