She has previously worked as a social worker for the children and families in her community and as a Justice AmeriCorps Legal Advocate. She stands with Dreamers and immigrants and wants to protect women’s right to choose, Social Security and Medicare. With a successful campaign, she could become the first Latina member of Congress from New England.
Juana immigrated to the United States with her family at age five. She paid her way through college and law school and holds degrees from the University of Massachusetts-Boston and Suffolk University Law School.
Juana will fight to resist the Trump agenda, achieve universal healthcare, help boost the economy and create quality jobs, provide a quality education to students and protect immigrants.
