She most recently served as the Development Associate at Building Back Together, a 501c4 that amplifies the Biden-Harris Administration’s policies through polling, research, and paid media ads. She previously worked for two Emerge alumni, working on Del. Elizabeth Guzman’s 2021 Virginia Lieutenant Governor race and Rep. Abigail Spanberger’s 2020 re-election campaign. Growing up in the rural area of Central Virginia, Jasmine has always had a passion for electing grassroots Democrats in deep-red areas like her hometown.
As the first college graduate in her family, Jasmine graduated the University of Mary Washington in Fall 2019 with a Bachelor’s of the Arts in Political Science. She is also a community college graduate and advocate. While she’s helping to elect Democratic women to office, you can also find Jasmine at her hometown of Lake Anna, Virginia or in Southwest Florida where her family lives.
