Felicia has spent much time abroad, including during her combat tour in Afghanistan and her humanitarian missions in Honduras and the Dominican Republic. Her years of experience as a combat veteran, helicopter pilot, nurse, educator and her volunteer work with organizations like the Tonto Rim Search and Rescue and Sierra Club show her dedication to her community and her country. She was recognized in her community as “Volunteer of the Year” in 2016 for her role in the Take Pride Pine & Strawberry Project.
